General information and guidelines
A preview of what you’ll be agreeing to before donating. Invited guests will tick these at checkout.
Dear Sa Fest Guest,
Please read and accept this general information and important guidelines for attending our big, fat (but discreet!) private festival party in a secret field. By making your donation, you understand and agree to the following, for the fun n’ games to flow with the perfect vibe:

Private party and no liability
- Sa Fest is a strictly private, not for profit party, on private land, laid on by friends for friends.
- Organisers of Sa Fest and owners of the event fields accept NO LIABILITY for any accident, illness, theft or damage to any persons, vehicles, tents, personal belongings.
- All guests invited to offer help, collaborating as one.
Location
Secret field near Lingfield, Surrey. (Exact details to be emailed to donating guests on the week of the event
Entry, no re-entry & parking
- Entry is only allowed using your personal ticket bar code provided, which you’ll receive following your donation.
- Tickets are non-transferrable and must match invite name
- Party access wrist bands handed to you on entry.
- No coming and going allowed. Once you’re in, no departing other than emergency or approval from organisers.

- Arrival times:
- Drive Gates Open 9am Friday 10th July (DJs kick off at 11am)
- Drive Gates Lock 9pm Friday 10th July
- Departure times:
- Sunday morning 12th July
- Please stay as long as you can to help clean up and take down
- Leave no later than 3pm
- Cars - must use the separate far field signposted for parking only. No access to party field.
- Tents and Campervans only in party field.
Be safe, be tidy, be happy
Play your part in keeping the site safe, clean and full of positive vibrations.
- Fire Safety Rules = No personal fires or gas burners. Zero exceptions.
- Communal fire, BBQs and hot water urns (for hot drinks and ready meals only) will be provided
- Use fire water buckets for fire prevention only
- Rubbish/Waste Policy = LEAVE NO TRACE. Bring your own bin bags to take home ALL your own rubbish and drinks containers. Put cigarettes in communal fire or sand buckets near marquees.
- Help yourself to spare free bin bags located by food area
- No glass bottles permitted on site.
- Anti-social behaviour Policy = Zero tolerance.
- Organisers have discretion to ask any guests to leave (Unlikely with your lovely crews 😊)
- Report any suspect intruders to organisers or a DJ booth immediately for investigation.
- Be ready to share positive vibrations and become one.
Donation contributions for attendance
- No exemptions; even organisers, artists, entertainers and construction crews are donating.
- Organisers and many guests are collaborating and volunteering their free time and energy, purely to provide the best party we can for each other.
- All your donations are entirely to cover the costs of running the event, equipment and provisions for you.
- Any financial losses are absorbed by organisers, any excess donations will be put back into the festival for more provisions.
What is provided?
- Seeeeeeriarse vibes!
- Large Dance Marquee & DJs on rotation all day and night
- Main DJ sets end 11.45pm, followed by camp fire music and wellness marquee area vibes
- Bassline & Roots music: Jungle/DnB, Breakbeat, Reggae/Ska, Tech/Acid House, Soulful House, Dancefloor anthems
- Large Soundsystem
- Lighting rig
- Wellness & Chillout Area Marquee (inc yoga, breathing meditation, sauna, ice baths, comfort seats, more music and some secret surprises!)
- Musical Bingo
- Bar and cocktail making zone
- Fire Pit
- Communal huge charcoal BBQ barrels will be burning lit for breakfast and lunch in the eating area.
- Bring your meat and veg to cook together ‘Break bread’
- Toilets Men’s and Women’s separate standard portaloos
- Urinal Zones – please use if only having a pee to keep portaloos nice
- Toilet hand wash and soap station
- Private screened shelter for ‘body splash wash’ using own water
- Car parking field
- Tent/Campervan space
- Generator for agreed equipment electricity only. (Switched off over night for fuel and noise saving)
- First Aid on request (Basic cut/burn provisions only)
What is NOT provided to bring for yourself
- Drinking water and washing (though look out for updates as may be provided)
- Alcohol or soft drinks
- Food – there may be some food which will be announced nearer the time
